An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation from our side.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to location, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

5. Return & Refund

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only.
Unboxing video is mandatory.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Used or damaged items will not be eligible for return or refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order.
